Phyllis Irene Behrens, Ph.D., M.P.A, was given her first name in honor of her father Henry Phillip and her middle name in honor of one of his sisters, Alice Irene. She gave little thought to being named after her father's middle name rather than his first name until one day one software too many, after asking for her name, responded that it already had a Phyllis and commanded her to pick another name. So Dr. Behrens picked the name Henrietta, appended her day of birth to the name, and the software shut up.
